Sweethearts Terraza is serving $12 classic margaritas every Friday and Saturday night from 9 PM at our rooftop restaurant & bar in Sydney. Arrive early for dinner from our Yucatecan-inspired Mexican menu: from panuchos to a slow-braised short rib — then settle in for $12 margs once 9 PM hits. Kitchen closes at 9:30, so come hungry. Share Plates and Starters to Kick Things Off
Start with a round of share plates while the margs flow. Our totopos come loaded with chunky avocado, citrus and habanero pico, chorizo, and roasted pepitas – they’re the table favourite for a reason.
Add our kibis yucatecos, golden bulgur and beef croquettes with mint-habanero dressing, or our ceviche yucateco with barramundi dressed in coconut milk, passionfruit, citrus, habanero, and crunchy maiz crackling.
Other starters worth ordering include the jocoque – a 24-hour strained labneh with habanero oil, citrus, and warm tortillas; and the salbut vegetariano – a crispy tortilla with roasted pumpkin, spinach, queso fresco, and habanero crema.
Mains for a Full Rooftop Dinner
For something more substantial, our mains are designed for sharing or as a centrepiece to your table. The tikin xic fish is a whole fresh barramundi roasted in citrus and annatto with charred lime and pepitas mole—it’s the dish that keeps people coming back.
Our slow-braised short rib comes with sour orange-honey glaze, barbacoa sauce, and roasted pepitas.
For a lighter option, try the roasted pumpkin with sikil pak puree, recado rojo butter, and jocoque.
