Every Wednesday, Sweethearts Terraza runs a $28 per person set menu featuring bottomless totopos with house-made guacamole and handmade Yucatán-style sopes. A $10 margarita is available on arrival. Walk-ins are welcome and no booking is required. Our standard à la carte menu is not served on Wednesdays.

Yes. Sweethearts Terraza is on Darlinghurst Road in Potts Point, right on the border of Darlinghurst and a short walk from Surry Hills, Kings Cross, and Rushcutters Bay. Kings Cross Station is less than five minutes away on foot.

Do I need to book for Wednesday Mid-Week Dining?

No. Our Wednesday Mid-Week Dining is walk-in only. Simply head to Sweethearts Terraza on any Wednesday evening and we'll seat you as space allows on our 120-seat rooftop.

What's included in the $28 per person price?

You'll get bottomless totopos with house-made guacamole plus your choice of handmade sopes from our mid-week menu. The $10 arrival margarita is charged separately.

Are there vegetarian options on the mid-week sope menu?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Crispy Cactus and Spiced Pumpkin sopes are both vegetarian. Let our team know about any dietary requirements when you arrive and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Is the regular Sweethearts Terraza menu available on Wednesdays?

No. Wednesday evenings are exclusively for our $28pp Mid-Week Dining set menu. Our full à la carte menu is available Thursday and Friday from 5pm and weekends from 12pm.

A sope is a traditional Mexican street food — a thick, handmade corn base that's fried until crispy on the outside and soft within, then topped with refried beans, crema, and a filling. Our sopes are made in-house at Sweethearts Terraza by Executive Chef Roberto García using traditional Yucatán techniques.

Yes. Sweethearts Terraza is a fully open-air rooftop venue on Level 3 of the Potts Point Hotel, with 120 seats, terracotta tiles, lush greenery, and skyline views across Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. We have both covered and open-air sections available.
